From my earliest childhood memories to now, there's always been construction of some kind in my life. From Lincoln Logs as a toddler, to being the "go-for" as a young boy, to cleaning up job sites as a young man, to starting my own construction company as an adult—there's been construction.

There’s nothing quite like the thrill of seeing that first bucket of dirt pushed up on a property or the first survey flag planted. Knowing that something new will seemingly spring up from the ground—while still understanding the countless hours it will take and the collaboration and commitment of thousands of people from around the world to get the materials made, cut, assembled, and delivered to the job site at the right time—is a feeling I hope I never lose.

As a husband, father of four beautiful girls, softball coach, youth sports volunteer, high school bass fishing captain, and business owner, I strive to be someone who leaves people and places better than I found them—and to give substantially more than I take.
